Haiti Fund Raiser (Jordan Klapman and band) - St Andrews Church

That same Feb. 14th only in the evening we attended a jazz concert at St Andrews Church on King St by Roy Thompson Hall.

It was a Haiti fund raiser and Jordan Klapman put together an excellent band. This band really cooked. How could it not be excellent with musicians such as Jordan Klapman, Glenn Anderson, Jack Zorwarski, Jamie Macpherson, Tom Skublics, Rob Somerville Jon Seiger and special guest vocalist Julie Michels. It was a night to remember. The church was packed and the sound in this church is excellent. 


These musicians really know how to put on a show.

Thanks - Andre's Restaurant - Monte Carlo Hotel, Derry Road

Last Sunday February 14th Brian, Dorine Nancy and Wayne Pauli attend a Valentines Dance at Andre's restaurant in the Monte Carlo Hotel on Derry Rd. It was a lovely brunch and afternoon dance, with the music supplied by The Hot Five Jazz Makers. It was a charming afternoon and the buffet lunch was delicious. Andres and the band put a lot into it and it was well worth attending.
